Speech Therapy

• The Madison Center offers quality pediatric evaluation and treatment to children with a variety of speech-language disorders. Some of them include the following, but are not limited to: verbal apraxia, articulation, phonological, receptive/expressive language delay, stuttering, social cognition and high level processing. We maximize opportunities to facilitate natural speech and language using developmentally appropriate toys and equipment. We encourage peer interaction to enhance age-appropriate language and social skills. Speech is not only what a child says, but how they play and gesture, what language they understand and what information the can convey.
