Summer 2025 Therapy Groups

Join us for an engaging summer therapy experience designed to help children grow, communicate, and build confidence! Our Summer 2025 Therapy Groups provide specialized speech and occupational therapy in a fun and interactive setting.

Our summer schedule runs from Monday, June 16 - Thursday, August 28. Group therapy sessions will be held for 8 weeks (June 30 - August 1) with the last two weeks (August 12-28) reserved for makeup sessions as necessary.
The clinic will be closed on Thursday, July 3, in observance of the July 4th holiday.

What To Expect

Small group sessions tailored to your child’s needs.
Play-based and structured activities to support independence and engagement.
Experienced therapists dedicated to empowering children and families.
Evidence-based techniques for speech, language, social communication, fine/gross motor, self-regulation, and more!

Group Details

Session Length: 75 minutes
Pricing: $1,500 for the 8-week program
Schedules: TBD (most likely mid-afternoon or early evening)
Led by: one Occupational Therapist (OT) and one Speech Therapist (ST)
Sign-ups will remain open until Thursday, April 17th

Available Groups

AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication) – Supporting children using communication devices
CAS (Childhood Apraxia of Speech) – Intensive speech therapy for motor planning and coordination & building connections with peers
Social Skills – Helping kids navigate peer interactions, turn-taking, and conversation skills
Life Skills/ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) – Building independence in daily routines
Executive Functioning – Supporting skills like attention, memory, planning, and self-regulation

Payment Information

Deposit: A 20% deposit ($300) is required to reserve your child’s spot.
Full Payment: Due by Monday, June 16.
Payment Options: If you need to discuss a payment plan, please let us know.
Please Note: group therapy is not eligible for insurance.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable unless the group does not meet the required number of participants (see below).
If your child is unable to attend after full payment has been made, partial refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis if another family is able to take the spot.

Minimum Enrollment Requirement

Each group must have at least 3 participants to run. If a group does not meet this requirement, we will notify families as soon as possible and offer either a refund or an alternative placement in another group if available.
