A Foundation Built on Passion, Purpose, and Progress...

The Madison Center began in 2004 with one goal: to provide children with the highest-quality speech and occupational therapy. The journey started when a mother set out to find the best possible care for her daughter, Madison, who was diagnosed with Childhood Apraxia of Speech at the age of two. Finding the right treatment was challenging, and accessing specialized therapy was not easy. Determined to ensure Madison, and other children like her, received the support they needed, her mother founded a non-profit therapy center focused on delivering effective, research-based care. Through intensive therapy and support, Madison grew into a confident and expressive young woman, and her journey continues to inspire the mission of The Madison Center.

Now, two decades later, The Madison Center remains in downtown Excelsior as a small, family-centered clinic providing expert pediatric speech and occupational therapy. Our team of therapists are committed to evidence-based practice and offering highly personalized services tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Families are at the heart of The Madison Center, ensuring that every child receives the compassionate, skilled care needed to grow, communicate, and thrive.
